WAR COMES OUR WAY

Closing out on this blog, about " the depression child , "  I will start talking about some funny things in my travels.  I want to thank my Grandad Jones, Grandad Monroe, and my Mother and Father for all they have done to keep our family alive.  I was in the service for about two years, and have something to be proud of in my family; because surviving all the tragedy that come on them.   They are my HERO's!

Happy Christmas You'all

This is that day that everyone can enjoy and look for Santa Clause to come. I wanted to say good things and put the troubles problems aside.  As Jerry has his picture with his young grandson in his late Blog.  One hundred Blogs he has written.  Looking at that picture, reminds me of how I might looked at one year age.  He weight above 8 pounds and I weight over 10 pounds.  We have a picture of my Dad holding me for a picture, about one year.  As I look back many years the other great grandson come to mind of how I  looked like at five or six.  This was sad time for my family, and the cause will  be in my future Blogs.  Not many grandfathers can remember what they looked like when viewing his great grandsons.

Thanks for Thangiving

Hope every one had a happy time.  All our familly came and laugh was the order of the day.  Around seventeen.  Now comes Christmas and plans are to get ready.  Families gatherings are so important to make life easer.

The picture on my first blog will come around again in my later blog.  At the present there will be things that happened many years before this picture.  In fact, about eight years.  I know that there are more stories written about the Great Depression, but not one the same.  Mine will be different as you will see.
